How far in advance should I book my rentals?We recommend booking your rentals as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons. Ideally, book at least 4-6 weeks in advance.

Do you require a deposit?Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your rental items. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund aside from personalized items. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be subject to cancellation fees.

Do you offer delivery and setup services?Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and pickup services for an additional fee. The cost will depend on your event location and the size of your order. Contact us for a custom quote!

Do I need to clean the items before returning them?Linens should be shaken free of food and debris but do not need to be laundered. We take care of professional cleaning. Tables, chairs, and other rentals should be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

How do I return the items after the event?You can return the items at our designated location during business hours or we offer pickup services for an additional fee. Please confirm return arrangements when booking.

What happens if an item gets damaged during my event?We understand that accidents happen. If an item is damaged or lost, a replacement fee will be applied based on the item’s value. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
